Sweet and syrupy, notes of Cantaloupe over "classic" bergamot tea notes.
Natural process, but not overwhelming.
Recipe
Method of preparation: Orea v3 with Kalita filters
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 240
Water temperature: 93
Grinder (settings): medium (20 clicks on Timemore Slim)
Process: 40/50g for bloom, then two simple 100g pours

The coffee smells and tastes great
I can't fault it, I tried it in a french press, vacuum pot, chemex and aeropress and it's really excellent
