For anyone who likes Irish coffee and for some reason doesn't want or can't use alcohol, this is a wonderful choice. Very intense whiskey taste, sweetness and almost zero acidity, which some people like.

Process: reverse method, 2 minutes, 30sec screening.

Golden mean

Although I "overdose" more than a year ago :-) with whiskey from Dark Woods, I went for it. Who could resist Jenny? I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Caramel with a light whiskey flavor is delicious. And much. .Soft and fragrant.
Tested on V60, clever dripper and aeropress and "home" espresso. With and without ice. Satisfaction.
I recommend a large package if you share with other coffee lovers in different households :-) like me.

Beautiful fragrance, written at a smaller weight (16g/300ml). I haven't tried the espresso.
The taste profile is softer on the V60, AP too (I would expect it to be more pronounced). But it never hurts.
Dark Woods is a hair better, but it smells wonderful. The taste mainly represents caramel tones.
I find the taste weaker, understandably bland, and the writing stands out for its unmistakable smell. However, this may be just my personal preference.

For me, it is better than Dark Wood, which I was previously underwhelmed by.
Strongly scented, but better than a shot in the morning :-)
The espresso was yummy.
