Ethiopia Halo Beriti from Dos Mundos is a coffee that surprises with its delicacy and lively energy. This coffee has a refreshing flavor profile—you'll find notes of elderflower, juicy nectarine, and the citrus freshness of lemon iced tea. A filter that will transport you to the aromatic heights of Ethiopia and bring purity, elegance, and delicate floral playfulness to your cup. A great choice for summer mornings and quiet afternoons with a book.

The coffee comes from the Halo Beriti processing station, located in the southern part of the Gedeb district in the Yirgacheffe region. This location is considered one of the most iconic coffee regions in the world. At altitudes of 1,900–2,300 meters above sea level, in the shade of native Ethiopian forests, small farmers grow coffee using traditional methods, often without the use of industrial fertilizers. Each farmer cultivates only a small plot of land—often less than a hectare—and the harvest is done by hand. Thanks to this gentle approach and long tradition, each bean bears the imprint of its place of origin and the care of its growers.

Processing is carried out using a fully washed method at a station where over 100 employees work. After harvesting, the cherries are carefully sorted, pulped, and fermented for 12–48 hours. The beans are then thoroughly washed and dried for several days on raised African beds until they reach optimal moisture content. This coffee combines the Ethiopian varieties 74110 and 74112, bred in the 1970s for their yield, resistance, and high flavor potential. Together, they form a powerful duo that brings brightness, balance, and the elegant floral character typical of Yirgacheffe to the taste.
