Welcome a new addition from French roaster Tanat, El Salvador La Montana – Pacamara Honey coffee . This selection from the La Montaña farm, which won an impressive 4th place in the prestigious Cup of Excellence competition, combines the best of the Salvadoran terroir. In the cup, you will find rich notes of milk chocolate with fresh and lively nuances of raspberry and white peach. Each sip will captivate you with its smoothness, low acidity, and silky body, which gives the coffee a pleasant texture and smoothness. Thanks to its delicate and balanced profile, this cup is the ideal choice for those who enjoy coffee with complex flavors and want to experience a true gourmet experience. Treat yourself to this exceptional coffee experience that will remind you how a cup of coffee can be not only a morning pick-me-up, but also a moment of pure joy and inspiration.

The coffee comes from the Chalatenango region, a high mountain region in El Salvador, where the altitude of 1,500 meters and the specific climate provide the ideal environment for growing the Pacamara variety. La Montaña farm is a place where great emphasis is placed on detail and sustainability.

The local farmers use a processing method called honey processing, which means that part of the fruit pulp remains on the beans during drying. This process gives the coffee an exceptional sweetness and complexity, while also increasing its body and leaving pleasant fruity notes in the cup. This lightly roasted coffee is primarily intended for filter brewing methods, which best bring out all its flavor layers.
