The coffee comes from the Chalatenango region, a high mountain region in El Salvador, where the altitude of 1,500 meters and the specific climate provide the ideal environment for growing the Pacamara variety. La Montaña farm is a place where great emphasis is placed on detail and sustainability.
The local farmers use a processing method called honey processing, which means that part of the fruit pulp remains on the beans during drying.
