A truly excellent batch, with a very pleasant fermented flavor and a smooth hint of juicy fruit.

Fermentation chart, the "fleshiness" is almost tangible.
Right from the first cup, I was struck by the taste of baked fruit tea and the taste memory of Mon Chéri or thick fruit liqueurs.
If you want to try something truly unusual, I recommend this juicy wild boar from Costa Rica.
It is probably not entirely suitable for novice connoisseurs or for everyday office drinking; you will appreciate it more in a quiet setting, when you can immerse yourself in its individual tones and the memories they evoke.

It's more fermented, but still quite drinkable.
Lots of fruit, quite ripe, yet pleasantly full-bodied, so it doesn't taste sour or aggressive.
I tried it with both the V60 and AeroPress. With the AeroPress, it was denser, more like cherries in chocolate. I like it better with the V60; it's juicier and the fruit stands out more.
It's not exactly a "safe" coffee for everyone, but if you like stronger flavors, it's definitely worth trying.
