It's coffee
It smells wonderful; you can really taste the cream even through the bitterness.
value for money
It's thick—it feels more like you're eating it than drinking it.
A little too smoky for my taste
Recipe
A standard 1:2 shot on a semi-automatic lever machine; the coffee was quite strong. I had to dilute it 1:1 with water; the result was then drinkable.

Grinder (setting): espresso grind
