The flavor profile matches the description.
Truly intense.
With truly complex coffee, the taste changes over time—new layers and nuances emerge as the coffee cools or as you gradually perceive it. But that's not the case with this coffee. Its distinctive taste remains the same, unchanged by temperature or time, which strikes me as a little artificial.
It's not that you take a sip and say, "Yuck, it's sour." But after drinking about 200 ml, I was left with a long-lasting tingling sensation in my mouth and on my lips.

For me, the flavor was complex and truly autumnal.

Water (g): 300 Water temperature: 93 Grinder (setting): Timemore C3 - 22 clicks Process: 60g water - 45s - 60g water - 45s - 3 pours of 60g each, waiting between each pour for the water to flow through the coffee
