You can "taste" the flavor profile if you concentrate—fresh, sweet, fruity

Much milder than I would have expected from a co-ferment
The coconut and vanilla flavors are particularly pronounced, while the pineapple is less so
Lightly roasted
I was hoping for a bigger flavor explosion :D
