It tastes amazing—it takes 20 days or more
At first, I was a little put off when I saw how consistent the roast was. I picked out quite a few beans that were visibly lighter in color. However, flavor-wise, it’s one of the best coffees I’ve had recently.

Process: 45 gr of Water for a 1 min of Bloom with WWDT, fast pour to 120, fast pour to 240 giving it a swirl to catch the fines on the upper part of the filter paper
