It lived up to what the label promised—an incredible treat from Nestor and a roasted Kmen. Although I was a little worried about the darker roast, my fears didn’t come true. The aroma is all apricot, as is the flavor, with a nicely sweet finish.
A small 350-gram package would be ideal for this coffee

Process: 50 g – 30 s, 150 g – 55 s, 200 g – 1:15 s, 250 g – 1:35 s, 300 g – 2:00 s to 2:15 s depending on pour speed
