Was skeptical at first, at high drinking temperature a lot of bitterness can come through, but as it cools down a really mint-elderflower-tea-like taste comes through

Method of preparation: Cafec DEEP28
Coffee (g): 8
Water (g): 120
Water temperature: 90
Grinder (settings): Mavo Phantox Pro 7.5
Process: 2x bloom, 20g each; at 0:40 pour to 90 g, then to 120 g (similar to Lance Hedrick's Deep28 recipe, except 4 pours instead of 5)

A solid alternative to Neon Milk, with which it shares a certain "biscuit-like" note. A well-washed coffee with an extra kick—I definitely won't stop at just one bag.
