We bought it at an espresso company, but there we found the cardamom taste too strong, so we tried the filter and it was a big hit - like having Christmas cookies in your coffee.

powerful note of cinnamon (or cardamom...)
very, very sweet to the nose
gets better as the cup cools down
favors longer ratios (1:3+)
don't push temps or you'll ruin it

One of the best espressos I've tasted
The entire flavor profile is found in espresso
The best for me is the aforementioned cappuccino or iced flat white

Really good coffee. I'm a rear extra expert, but this is really on another level. I highly recommend!

Excellent balanced taste
Great aroma both before grinding and after extraction
Cappuccino is a poem, with milk a great combination, but Espresso itself is not bad at all
Cardamom dominates the first sip, the aftertaste is a pleasant sweet cake

One of the few coffee shops where you can really read the flavor profiles
The coffee smells wonderful both before it is ground and after the espresso has been extracted
Excellent, delicious taste in cappuccino - with milk, the taste goes together perfectly
I don't really trust the resealable packaging

Well, this was really the bomb. Although I had to set the grinder to very fine (and I spilled 4 coffees while setting it up), but the result was worth it!

Excellent. That cardoman is really prominent there.
He wants to let it sit for about 2 weeks. Still a lot of CO2 after 10 days.
It took a long time to fine-tune the preparation, but that's my fault.
