A pleasant surprise, the coffee is really excellent
Pleasantly sweet
Acidity that melts beautifully in the mouth and disappears
It's a shame it's not summer anymore, this coffee would definitely go with a Japanese ice drip!
The bag lacks the ability to close it back, but that can be fixed with a pin :)

Pleasant acidity and fruitiness
You can mainly smell red fruits (currants, strawberries, raspberries)
Maybe it's a bug in the preparation, maybe a method other than V60 would be more appropriate, but I haven't found that Piña Colada yet
