Very good coffee at origin, from the parcel that the Barn owns inside Daterra estate.
Natural process with a pleasant outcome.
If ground on the finer side, better with faster filters and low water temperatures.
I find difficult to brew a good cup. A good amount of chaff in the bag, the beans are producing a lot of fine particles while grinding.
Grind it medium-fine and will clog your filter, resulting in an over-extracted, gloomy brew. Grind it coarser and will be thin and flat...
You have to experiment a bit to achieve a balanced cup.

My first low-caf Aramosa coffee. I can definitely feel that it‘s low-caf
Great alternative to (ethyl acetate) decafs, which all taste similar and have brittle beans
Lots of chaff in the bag. If I didn’t blow it out, my shot had a papery taste

Beautiful full body, light Brazilian girl, she pleased
In my opinion, it is too acidic for espresso, if you like milky drinks and fruitier coffees, I would definitely go for it.

Perfect in taste, but I would have minor reservations about the flavor profile.
From the one: milk chocolate, pecans and tropical fruit .. I would add that especially the last one. The rest is more like a hint. It tastes great though, so I dig in.
I like this coffee better with a filter, but espresso works too. It is roasted plus or minus in the middle, a little lighter, so you may want to grind it a little more finely for espresso, or increase the dose.
More of a warning. It still has quite a bit of caffeine, so it's fine as a coffee before bed, but it's not really decaf. Although Laurina has only about 1/2 the caffeine of the average arabica, it releases it in such a gradual way. In other words, the caffeine rush doesn't happen, but you can be slightly excited rather continuously. I have no idea about Aramosa, but because it works exactly like pure Laurina, which I had some time ago, it will probably be similar. In terms of the amount of caffeine, Aramosa also has about 1/2 that of Arabica.
