Preparation method: Hoffman, Tetsu Kasuya 4:6 and all others
Coffee (g): 18-19
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: 97°C
Grinder (settings): according to recipe and grinder
Process: Most of Square Mile's coffee only works with a fairly high water temperature, if you watch Master Hoffman on Youtube you can probably guess why. The only exception is aeropress or Vietnamese drip (phin filter), where lower temperatures can be used.

There is no problem with the preparation, it is basically completely normal coffee. But it's decaf.
