So this coffee really made me happy :) very gentle acidity, you can really feel it until it's floral, not fruity... optimal harmony of gentle acidity in chocolate flavor
The beautiful aroma of the beans, after grinding, and filtered coffee (sauce) has never smelled so nice to me <3 (I can't describe it exactly, but it smelled slightly sweet)
It goes well without milk as well as with it (but if with milk, I recommend less, let the taste of coffee remain more prominent, it's worth it) :)
Recipe
I only tried the classic filter (as I write on the coffee itself), more precisely Kinto, but with a paper filter. I have no reservations. :)
