From the Brazilian Mantiquiera de Minas mountain range comes Ho Ho Ho Bourbon festive coffee from Illegal Beans. Naturally processed Yellow Bourbon with flavors of apple strudel, milk chocolate, candied orange, and a pinch of cinnamon. A filter coffee with a delicate acidity and full body that smells like the moment when the lights first come on at home. The beans were left to rest with cinnamon for ten days so that they now taste like the moment when the world slows down for a moment and everything smells of warmth and tranquility.

The coffee comes from the Carmo de Minas region , where small farms associated with the COCARIVE cooperative grow one of the best Brazilian Bourbons. At an altitude of 1,100-1,300 meters above sea level, farmers carefully hand-pick the cherries, dry them in the sun, and turn them in small batches to achieve a perfectly balanced flavor. The Mantiquiera region is renowned for its delicate, sweet coffees with a chocolate body and nutty finish. And this Christmas edition adds a touch of magic and the scent of childhood! Each bean carries with it the tradition and joy of honest work, allowing you to enjoy Christmas in every sip.

During natural processing, the coffee is dried slowly, with whole cherries resting under the Brazilian sun, gradually imparting their sweetness and fruity character to the beans. This gives Ho Ho Ho Bourbon a velvety body, honeyed texture, and delicately fruity profile that comes through beautifully on the filter. The taste combines the best of Christmas cheer and lingers on the tongue long after the last sip. The filter hugs, delights, and reminds us that the magic of the holidays is hidden in something as ordinary as a cup of coffee.
