Excellent, full, lots of foam and the taste completely corresponds to the description - chocolate with hazelnuts will caress and mirabelle will add a sparkle
I don't know what kind of bad habit it is, but about 99% of coffees cannot be bought a second time. I'm tired of always looking for new and new. Many times I don't get what is described and then I throw away the whole package of coffee. It is the bane of almost all roasters. I do not understand.

They write on the filter :D But in three days of trying, I still haven't managed to get a tasty filter, only espresso :D
Recipe
12g milled on Baratza Encore number 7. Distribution with needles in a 39mm Flair Classic cup. Cram. Heat everything as much as possible (do not remove the plug from the basket, it will be more difficult to heat). The goal is to have a ratio of 3:1, i.e. 36g of coffee. The pressure is 6-7 bars, but in the upper container, not at the outlet. The coffee then has a nice sour taste. The disadvantage of the grinder is that you achieve a noticeable mild bitter taste. The other two tones of nuts and chocolate can be highlighted with warm whipped milk - but this will cover up the apricot.
