Wilfa Uniform is a new addition to the Wilfa family of electric coffee grinders. The combination of a quality grinder and a digital scale, which is cleverly hidden like a lid on top of the grinder, is absolutely amazing. The scale is digital and has an accuracy of 0.1 g and at the same time you can connect it to your smartphone via bluetooth.
The body of the grinder is made of durable aluminum and steel. Quality 58 mm wide grinding burrs made in Italy grind at lower speeds (to avoid heating the coffee), but all the more precisely and evenly. You can choose from up to 41 levels of roughness settings, whether you like espresso or filter, so you can clearly choose your favorite roughness. And thanks to its compact dimensions and simple design, it fits perfectly into your kitchen or office.
Last but not least, it is also worth mentioning that the Wilfa Uniform grinder was designed with World Barista Champion Tim Wendelboe.
