It's Tamper.
It is used to tamp the coffee.
I don't know what to say more.
In natural wood it looks nice and fits well in hand.
If you are buying Tamper for the pre-Millen's La Pavoni coffee machine just like me, yes, this one fits there. Except 49.5mm would be better, he would sit even better - that's how there is a little gap. But even this one works.
