The XL is a filter for large conical coffee machines (eg Chemex or V60 03 drippers), specially designed with a wider angle than the typical 60º, which blocks air circulation and bypass. The new and innovative FAST Specialty Coffee filter technology ensures faster flow for high volume coffee extraction, prevents over-extraction and preserves coffee freshness, allowing new extraction conditions and recipes that have been quite limited to be explored.
