Introducing the new generation of fully automatic lever coffee machine, THE ORACLE TOUCH (SES990BTR). It is a unique automatic lever coffee machine with a touch screen. Sage has created a device that perfectly replaces the barista from your favorite coffee shop.
The heart of the professional espresso coffee machine The Oracle Touch is a heating system with two stainless steel water heaters. A separate water heater for preparing espresso with an accuracy of +/- 1 °C and a separate water heater for steam generation, which ensures constant steam output. This allows you to prepare espresso at the optimal temperature and froth milk at the same time. In addition, the brewing head is equipped with a heating element, which ensures that the temperature does not fluctuate throughout the system from the beginning to the end of coffee extraction.
The integrated conical grinder with metal stones automatically grinds, doses and tempers 22 grams of coffee for a double explosion of flavor, or you can use a smaller filter with a volume of 14 grams of coffee. You control all this using a simple touch screen.
Almost all professional coffee machines are equipped with a pressure relief valve as standard. The Sage Professional Espresso Machine The Oracle Touch is no exception. This fully commercial element defines the maximum pressure during the entire extraction. This prevents the possible bitterness of the coffee, which can appear due to the missing overpressure valve, when the coffee in the filter burns. The second function of the overpressure valve is the so-called low-pressure pre-steaming. Thanks to this function, there is a gradual increase in pressure, which spreads evenly over the surface of the coffee in the filter to ensure maximum even coffee extraction.

- Use of the touch screen shortens the coffee preparation process to 3 simple steps. All you have to do is set how strong you want the coffee to be, the texture and temperature of the milk. Quick and easy. You can choose the size of the cup of your favorite coffee on the display, or simply select the type of coffee with one touch. The touch screen for simple operation is also in the Czech language.
Custom coffee settings
- Everyone prefers a different strength of coffee, a different temperature or texture of milk. Save your favorite coffee settings under your name. You will then be able to prepare it at any time by pressing a single icon. You can save up to 8 custom coffee settings.
