The heart of The Oracle Touch professional espresso machine is the heating system with two stainless steel water heaters.It contains a separate water heater for preparing your espresso with a temperature accuracy of +/- 1°C and a separate water heater for steam generation, which ensures instant and constant steam output. This means that you can extract your shot at the right temperature, delivering optimal flavor, while simultaneously steaming your milk to third wave specialty coffee. Additionally, the brew head is equipped with a heating element, which ensures that the temperature won't fluctuate throughout the system from the beginning to the end of the coffee extraction.
The integrated conical grinder with metal burrs automatically grinds, dispenses and tampers 22 grams of coffee for a double-shot explosion of taste, or you can use a smaller, single dose portafilter with a volume of 14 grams of coffee. You control all this with a simple touch screen.
Almost all professional coffee machines are equipped with pressure relief valves as a standard. This professional coffee machine, SAGE the Oracle Touch is no exception. This commercial feature limits maximal pressure throughout the extraction. This helps prevent that insufferable bitter taste that is created when the coffee in the filter burns, due to a low amount of pressure in the pressure relief valve. The second function of the pressure relief valve is the so-called low-pressure pre-steaming. Thanks to this function, there is a gradual increase in pressure, which is distributed evenly over the surface of the coffee in the filter to gradually expand the ground coffee, ensuring the most even extraction.
