Hello,

I am writing to you regarding a complaint about the Outin Nano portable coffee maker that I purchased from you.

The machine has a problem piercing Nespresso-style capsules. The plastic prongs designed to pierce the capsule are very short and blunt, so they often fail to pierce the capsule at all or only pierce it partially. As a result, the coffee does not flow properly, or does not flow at all.

I have tried:
• properly seating and firmly pressing the capsule
• cleaning the piercing pins
• using different capsules (including Nespresso-compatible ones)

The problem persists.

I believe this is a manufacturing defect. Please let me know how to proceed with a complaint or, if necessary, to request a replacement of the machine.

Dobrý den, Zdeňku. Ať by se jednalo o jeden reklamovaný kus, dva nebo rovnou tisíc, jedná se o interní informaci, kterou vám bohužel poskytnout nemůžeme. Na kávovar je standardní 24 měsíční záruka. Vše ale záleží také na tom, jak je o kávovar pečováno, zda je pravidelně čištěň a není například vystavovám teplotním výkyvům, které mohou ovlivnit životnost baterie a podobně. However, if you were to choose capsules directly from the Nespresso manufacturer, you may encounter an incorrect puncture of the capsules, as they contain aluminum in their contents, whereas capsules with premium coffee are mostly filled in recycled packaging, which is softer. The number of prepared coffees therefore always depends on how much the coffee machine is loaded and whether you heat the water with it or whether you use preheated water. I tried it and it works normally for me, i.e. you can charge and prepare coffee at the same time. I just wanted to ask, I couldn't find anywhere how to descale, normal cleaning is described everywhere, but in the case of hard water, I assume that stone will also form inside where the pump is. Can it be rinsed with normal descaling agents??
