Dobrý den. Při přípravě s tímto nástavcem má občas problém protlačit vodu. Baterie nabitá naplno a hrubost mletí jako u malého nástavce. Záleží na kávě, některou zvládne lépe a některou nezvládne. Kávovar se snaží ale neteče voda. Dávám 16 gramů. Je vada v kávovaru? Díky, s pozdravem Lukáš

Pokud kávovar občas neprotlačí vodu, i když je baterie plně nabitá a hrubost mletí stejná jako u menšího nástavce, může být příčinou příliš jemné mletí nebo specifické vlastnosti použité kávy. Doporučujeme zkusit hrubší mletí a ujistit se, že káva je rovnoměrně rozprostřená bez hrudek. Také je vhodné vyzkoušet různé typy kávy, protože některé mohou být pro tento nástavec vhodnější.​ Každá káva se totiž chová úplně jinak. Přejeme hezký den! :)
