With the intelligent Link App ,you get recommended profiles based on bean density.This approach, called "Density First, " ensures optimal heat transfer and thus even roasting from the bean core to the surface. The DTR Override System gives you absolute control over your Development Time Ratio, meaning you can adjust the profile in real time to fine-tune it to specific cupping standards.
Ambient Start Technology begins roasting at ambient temperature, eliminating the "baked" tones common in preheated stone systems. All this means that each bean is roasted with maximum precision and clarity of flavor.
