In the package you can find two stainless steel disks, each for a different target drink. The first is a 19K disk, which is suitable for preparing coffee or tea with a dense body. It can also be used under a paper filter to slow down the flow. The second is a 40k disk, which will, on the other hand, to involve the cleanliness of the cup, but over excessive mixing may be clogged, depending on the coffee used.
Cleaning the filters after preparation is as simple as the preparation itself. With the always inserted drip body, open the valve and sprinkle the used saddle into the trash can. Rinse the remaining grounds, disassemble the dripper and carefully knock the filter from the base when the valve is open (it can help filling the water into the valve from below). It is good to rinse the filter itself and clean with a brush. For the use of thorough cleaning, it is possible to use a product for cleaning espresso coffee machines.
It is recommended to store these discs in a plastic case because they are relatively thin and fragile.
