Introducing the new PULSAR™ Mini — a compact, no-bypass pour-over brewer developed in collaboration with astrophysicist Jonathan Gagné, author of The Physics of Coffee. Despite its small size, it offers a high degree of control and precision that will take your coffee ritual to a whole new level.
The dripper's mechanism is based primarily on the "no bypass"method — the "shower" distributes hot water evenly, with a constant flow, over the entire surface of the coffee. Every drop of water comes into contact with the coffee, and the extraction (compared to classic drippers) is truly maximized. Another advantage is that all you need isa regular kettle— just pour the water onto the "shower," which will take care of the rest. Your extraction will be perfect even on the sleepiest of mornings.
Another common problem with classic drippers is the loss of water temperature during brewing. Pulsar solves this problemwith thermostable material and a dispersion cap. Don't worry about losing the fun of finding the perfect recipe. Pulsar includes a valve that allows you to regulate the volume of water in the container.
The device is optimized for smaller doses (12–20 g), making it an ideal choice for everyday preparation or for those who want to experiment with smaller volumes. The mini version shares all the functional advantages of the original Pulsar, only in a more compact design.
