This kettle allows you to set the water temperature between 40 and 100 °C, so you can precisely adjust the temperature according to the type of coffee or tea. Press and hold the button to start rapid heating, or press briefly to make minor temperature adjustments for optimal extraction.
The kettle is equipped with a STRIX U68 thermostat and a sensitive sensor switch, which guarantees precise temperature control. In the event of accidental start-up without water, the heating element automatically disconnects - safety and long life are therefore a matter of course.
The body of the kettle is made of food-grade stainless steel, complemented by a tempered glass panel that visually displays the temperature change—a stylish detail that looks great in any kitchen. The ergonomic handle has been designed for comfortable and precise pouring.
