The Cube 3.0 Pro Max is designed for precise and convenient weighing during coffee preparation. The large 15 cm weighing surface provides ample space for a portafilter, dripper, and even larger carafes. The sensitive sensor allows weighing in the range of 0.3–2000 g with an accuracy of 0.1 g, giving you a perfect overview of every gram. The scale also displays real-time flow rate (0.1–99.9 g/s), which helps maintain a steady pour during pour-over preparation or monitor the progress of espresso extraction.
Several brewing modes are available. Manual Mode offers classic weighing and a timer. Pour-Over Mode automatically tracks time and extraction ratio and helps control the pour. Espresso Mode automatically starts and stops the timer based on the extraction process and tracks the amount of beverage in the cup. The scale also features a memory function that saves the last settings for repeatable results.
Power is provided by a 3000 mAh battery with a runtime of up to 72 hours. The well-designed touch controls with an anti-mistouch design minimize accidental button presses. You can also set the automatic sleep timer (10 or 30 minutes, or always on).
