The Melitta Aromafresh coffee maker is for anyone who wants to enjoy great filtered coffee but doesn't have much time to prepare it. This coffee machine does all the work for you — it grinds and prepares the coffee at the desired time, and you just enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The coffee maker is able to prepare up to 10 cups of coffee (1.25 l) at once, so you can enjoy coffee with friends or colleagues.
The heart of the entire coffee machine is an integrated grinder with durable ceramic stones. The grinder has 11 settings — from fine to coarse grinding. If necessary, the grinder can be turned off.
Another adjustable variable is the intensity of the coffee, here you can choose mild, medium, or strong (mild, medium, strong). The coffee maker also optimally balances the contact of hot water with ground coffee according to the number of cups being prepared. So your coffee will be great whether you prepare 2 or 10 cups.
The coffee maker is equipped with a timer function — just fill the tank with water, pour coffee and prepare the filter. So you can have fresh coffee ready right after waking up or when you come to work. Your coffee stays warm longer thanks to the heating plate (adjustable for 20, 40 and 60 minutes).
In order for your coffee machine to function perfectly, to have a long life and to give you the best coffee taste, you need to descale it regularly. Mellita Aromafresh therefore has a built-in 3-in-1 protection function — with programmable water hardness, scale indicator and a practical automatic program for removing scale. So just make the settings and the LCD display will inform you when the scale needs to be removed.
Inserting and removing the filter is very convenient thanks to the hinged holder. In addition, the filter container has a drip-stop function, so there is no risk of coffee dripping onto the heating plate.
The coffee maker is compatible with Melitta size 4 or Moccamaster size 4 coffee filters.
Cleaning and care: The filter container and the glass kettle can be washed in the dishwasher. To properly clean the grinder, just scan the QR code on the lid, which will play an instructional video. The coffee machine is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.
