Lelit Bianca is an espresso machine withtwo boilers,an E61 head, andmanual flow control. A coffee machine for expert baristas who want to experiment with every cup of espresso.
The Lelit Bianca is the flagship model from Italian espresso machine manufacturer Lelit, giving you full control over espresso extraction.
The coffee machine does not have the standard mechanical pre-infusion found in traditional E61 heads.You can either use a wooden paddle to adjust the pressure or set the pre-infusion and use the low-flow function via the display.With the Lelit Bianca coffee machine, you have complete control over the entire extraction process.
To get the best out of every coffee and roast, you canchange the maximum pump pressure up to 12 bar using the adjustment screw. The set value affects both the pre-infusion and the behavior of the paddle.
The Lelit Bianca is fitted with wooden accessories – the valve handles, paddle, lever handle, and coffee machine legs are made of maple wood. The legs are also height-adjustable and adapt to any surface.
The lever (portafilter) hasa commercial size of 58 mm, a wooden handle, and a spout that ensures perfect coffee distribution directly into the cup.
The water tank is stored in a stainless steel holder and can be hung on either side or on the back, depending on the space and layout of your interior.
Thanks to the pressure gauge installed directly in the E61 head, you have accurate information about the pressure during extraction and can precisely control the entire extraction process.
The body of the coffee machine is made of polished AISI 304 stainless steel. The nozzles are, of course,"cool touch," meaning they are very easy to clean and do not get hot to the touch.
The Lelit Bianca is equipped with smart power consumption control, which allows you to set a sleep mode in which the heating of the working (steam) boiler is deactivated. The espresso boiler in sleep mode maintains a temperature of 70 °C, ensuring that the cups are heated to about 80%. After switching on, the coffee machine is heated up again within 10 minutes.
Connection to the water supply
The recommended inlet pressure is 2-3 bar; the pressure should not exceed 5 bar. If it is higher, it must be reduced. The connection is 1/4" reduced to 3/8", with a 3/8"M - 3/8"M 1.8 m pressure hose included.
