The Gina Smart dripper is elegant, modern and produced from carefully selected high-end materials. The dripper is made of porcelain, the server is made of borosilicate glass and all the other elements are made from stainless steel. All parts fit together perfectly and the construction is as solid as stone.

How and what can Gina SMART do?

Gina can make coffee using three different methods. The first one is the classic filter, where you pour water over freshly ground coffee, which gets filtered into the glass serving pitcher below. The second option is similar to the clever dripper. Pour water over the coffee at the top of the Gina Smart dripper, but leave the valve closed. The poured coffee stands in the upper funnel for a few minutes and only after the valve is opened is it poured into the server. The last method is cold brew or cold coffee. Pour ice cubes into the upper funnel and let them melt spontaneously. Pour the ground coffee into an external container, which is attached under the dropper. Slowly, by melting the ice, the water passes through the coffee and the final product, the cold brew, will be brought to life.

The set includes

  • Gina Smart coffee dripper with a Bluetooth module
  • Glass pitcher with a volume of 750 ml
  • 50 paper filters (compatible with the HARIO V60 dripper).
  • 50 cold brew filters
  • USB cable

Thanks to the rotary valve, you can not only switch between open/close like the Hario Switch, but also fully control the flow as needed.
For me, it is currently the best dripper on the market.
Difficulties with clogging of the filter must be compensated with a smaller amount of coffee 12g - 20g, coarse or medium coarse grinding and avoiding mixing and interventions that lead to a rapid drop of microparticles to the bottom of the filter.
