Temperature is a critical factor in coffee brewing. Do you want a hot bloom followed by a cooler final pour? Aiden’s unique heating element allows you to adjust the temperature during brewing without changing the water flow, with precision down to single degrees Celsius.
A common challenge with automatic drip coffee makers is achieving even distribution of hot water over the coffee. Aiden features a unique dual-row shower head that “showers” the brewed coffee with the same even distribution as a gooseneck kettle.
