Hario V60 is the most legendary dripper in the world - the work of the Japanese company Hario is known and loved all over the world and now comes in a new color inspired by nature. The playful koi orange is inspired by the typical Japanese koi carp. This dripper transports you to a peaceful Japanese garden while preparing coffee, where you forget all your worries and enjoy perfect filtered coffee.
The 60° slope of this dripper, which also gave it its name, became an absolute icon and also the basis for many other coffee drippers. The unpretentious design and easy handling of these drippers ensures that you can find them in almost every coffee shop today. In addition, Hario gives you 40 filters to start with in the package.
Mini-instructions on how to easily prepare coffee on the Hario V60 dripper:
- Heat the water to 93-95°C
- Place a size 02 Hario paper filter on the dripper and pour hot water over it to remove the paper taste
- Pour 15 g of ground coffee into the wet filter
- The first watering (so-called bloom) of 30 ml of water and we wait
- After 30 seconds, add water slowly up to 2 minutes. After the whole batch of water flows through the filter, we can enjoy wonderful filtered coffee!
