I can compare with the MK3 version. In the MK4 version, the upper part is better solved, where when pouring the grains before grinding, none can fit between the axis and the plastic frame of the grinder.
Overall, I find MK4 grinds better than MK3. Maybe it's just that I have the MK3 with a wooden surface that slides more in my hand.
It is not worth buying Red Clix for the filter

Really solid processing
Consistent grinding
Simple disassembly and cleaning
Lots of accessories and spare parts
Stylish packaging
Quite high retention, with some coffees you need to add 1 g more, the "norm" is ~0.5 g extra
It slips a little in your hand when you don't hold it very firmly - solved by the supplied rubber wristband

the loop is attached via a magnet and does not fall out when grinding

weight 577 g (not a negative, higher weight compensated by quality and processing)
the handle is firmly attached with a cap - the 3D size is harder to fit in a backpack (not a negative, I'd be happy to find room for this grinder in my backpack)

German obsession with perfectionism, an iconic grinder, a legend. The incomprehensible consistency of chopped coffee beans. Must have.
I did not find any negatives, probably there are none. High end from precise packaging to cut grains.
