Although the FLOWER DRIPPER DEEP 27 has its specific shape with a narrow bottom, only this dedicated filter can create an air layer between the paper and the dripper. This creates and maintains a deep filter layer, allowing the ground coffee to expand smoothly.
The uniqueness of Abaca+ filter paper also lies in its structure. The height of the folds is lower on both sides, which increases the total surface area of the paper and offers more space for the fine particles of coffee to adhere. This ensures a smooth flow of water. The rate at which hot water is poured from above is almost equal to the rate at which coffee is extracted from below. In addition, thanks to the uniform texture of the paper, it is easy to control the speed of preparation and achieve a constant taste.
