1. T-92 Light Roast – filter for light roasts

  • Thickness: 0.15 mm
  • Density: high
  • Single-sided creping (smooth inside, creped outside)
  • Recommended temperature: 92 °C

This filter paper is designed for light roasting and enhances the subtle flavor nuances of coffee beans. It allows the bright aromas and detailed flavor tones of light roasted coffee to stand out. There is no creping on the inside of the paper, so the inner surface area is smaller. Fine coffee particles are trapped on this small surface, limiting water flow and retaining water in the paper. This retention releases a large amount of aroma. At the same time, the creping on the outside allows the coffee to flow smoothly. The high density of the paper allows for almost perfect capture of fine particles, resulting in a very clean cup of coffee.

2. TH-90 Medium Roast – filter for medium roast

  • Thickness: 0.28 mm
  • Density: low
  • Double-sided creping (balanced height)
  • Recommended temperature: 90 °C

The ideal choice for lovers of medium roast coffee. The filter preserves the balanced flavor and mild acidity typical of medium roasts, creating a harmonious and full-bodied cup. Well-balanced double-sided creping allows for a very smooth water flow. The filter area is the largest of all three paper types, so even when fine particles are captured, the water flow is maintained until the end of the extraction. The smooth water flow creates a cup with a rich and balanced flavor.

3. TH-83 Dark Roast – filter for dark roasts

  • Thickness: 0.22 mm
  • Density: medium
  • Double-sided creping (dense, low profile)
  • Recommended temperature: 83 °C

Designed to highlight the richness of dark roast coffee. This filter emphasizes the full body and intense character of dark roasts and provides a more pronounced coffee experience. This paper has double-sided creping, but the height of the creases is lower. The filter area is slightly larger than that of single-sided crepe paper, and thus the area for trapping fine particles is also larger. In the first half of the preparation, the water flows smoothly because the amount of fine particles trapped is small. In the second half, their amount increases and the water flow slows down. The combination of a fast start and a slower finish creates a coffee with a full body and sweetness.

4. Abaca+

Abaca+ filter paper offers a specific structure and filtration method that promotes the effective extraction of flavors from ground coffee. Thanks to its versatility, it is suitable for different degrees of roasting. It is manufactured using the new Fine-Grained production technology. By reducing the distance between the individual folds, it has been possible to increase the filtration area and at the same time unify the structure of the paper, which ensures an even flow of water. Abaca+ filter paper is designed for professionals. While filter papers designed according to the degree of roasting regulate the flow rate through their structure, Abaca+ is designed for faster water flow so that professionals can influence the flow with their own brewing technique. Abaca+ filter paper contains abaca fibers and is FSC certified. Thanks to the lower crepe height, the overall volume of the package is also reduced, which contributes to lower shipping costs.
