The innovative Bialetti Mini Express mocha pot prepares 2 cups of coffee at the same time. Unlike classic mocha pots, the coffee here flows directly into the prepared cups, which are heated at the same time during preparation.
What's more, this entire set is designed in line with the art of René Magritte, a Belgian surrealist painter whose work was characterized by mysterious scenes often combining ordinary objects in unexpected contexts. Every cup of excellent coffee from this pot can be a work of art that questions the reality of everyday life.
If you are wondering who is behind the "little man with a mustache" that you will see on every model, it is the likeness of Alfonse Bialetti, who invented the first mocha pot in 1933. He simply wanted to differentiate his products, so why not with his character.
How to prepare coffee in a kettle:
- Fill the lower chamber with water without exceeding the level of the safety valve
- Insert the funnel filter and fill it with finely ground coffee (something between an espresso and a filter), do not press the coffee
- Assemble the rest of the teapot, tighten and place on the heat source with the cups
- Once you hear the bubbling and the coffee fills the cups, turn off the heat and enjoy two stylish cups of espresso
In the package you can look forward to: Moka pot (mini express), 2 cups designed in the style of René Magritte (volume 80 ml)
Important note: The kettle is suitable for gas, glass ceramic and electric cookers, not for induction cookers. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Just rinse the teapot with water without any detergents as soon as possible after use.
