The Encore ESP Pro is the first Baratza grinder with a stepless grind adjustment system. Each microstep fine-tunes the extraction, allowing you to find the right balance of flavors according to your taste and preparation method. Espresso, pour-over, or moka pot—you're in control.
FLOW CONTROL DISK
Whether you're grinding the first or last bean in the hopper, the removable Flow Control Disk ensures an even flow of beans towards the burrs. This ensures consistent grind quality in every batch, regardless of the amount of coffee in the hopper.
INTELLIGENT DOSING MODES
The Encore ESP Pro supports two grinding modes: Single Dose Mode – automatically stops grinding when the hopper is empty Timer Mode – grinding stops at a precisely set time with an accuracy of 0.1 seconds. Both modes are fully compatible with the included single dosing cap and closable hopper for convenient dosing.

Inside the grinder, you will find proven 40 mm M2 conical grinding stones, which are designed for precise and clean grinding across the spectrum of preparations. Thanks to the quick-release system, cleaning them is a matter of moments – no screws or tools required.
ANTISTATIC TECHNOLOGY The built-in ionizer significantly reduces static charge and limits the sticking of ground coffee in inappropriate places. The result? Less mess, more coffee in the portafilter or hopper.
