PATRIK ROLF, the Swedish Brewers Cup champion and specialty coffee enthusiast, has been developing a unique flat-bottomed dripper prototype for two years. With the help of the Belgian publishing house SERAX, he then developed his dripper by optimizing its shape and material - glazed clay ceramics. The coffee in the cup is clean and balanced.
Technical properties:
- The bottom of the kettle has a unique conical shape with three "filter holders" that help keep the paper filter in place inside the container.
