What are you actually adding to the water when you reach for LYLAC?

Only the essentials. And in maximum purity. The mineral concentrate is made fromdemineralized water and mineralsof analytical reagent grade (AR), i.e., laboratory purity. No ballast substances, no unknown additives. Just a precisely selected composition with a single goal: to control extraction and get the most out of the coffee.

Ingredients: water, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride. 

How to use LYLAC? Simply and precisely.

1. Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.
2. Add 3–4 g of concentrate to 1 liter of water or 1–10 drops directly to the finished coffee (standard 200 ml cup).
3. Stir and taste. Want more brightness or more depth? Add a drop and see the difference.
