Freshly brewed coffee—whether it’s an espresso with a rich crema or a delicate pour-over—is full of volatile gases. The Horizon is placed directly on the cup and, in an instant, creates a controlled, low-pressure environment.
How does it work, and what does it bring to your cup?

Active pressure modulation: An integrated pump and sensor inside the cup lower the pressure and extract excess gases (such as carbon dioxide) without causing the coffee to lose its delicate aromatic compounds.

A more refined flavor profile: The reduced pressure alters the balance of gases and liquids. The result? The coffee has a much smoother texture (mouthfeel), a rounded acidity, and a significantly more pronounced natural sweetness. In short, the flavor is smoother and more harmonious.

Versatile use: Horizon doesn’t interfere with your recipe or water-to-coffee ratio in any way. Simply place it on the cup after extraction. It works great with both espresso and pour-over coffee and fits most standard cups (with an inner diameter of 45–80 mm).
