Perfect kenya and finally not too dark roasted

Does not recommend
unfortunately disappointing, not well roasted coffee

Does not recommend
Too strong a trace of fermentation (both taste and aroma), which completely kills the overall impression.

One of the best efforts I've had from this roaster.
The delicate taste of coconut water with the finish of sweet lychee and slightly sour rosehip tea.
Also great for cold brew.

Aeropress, V60 – I experienced the most intense flavor when preparing in the Aeropress (https://zh-tw.facebook.com/theroseseshop/posts/…), with a finer grind.

Just as juicy, sweet, sour as a ripe cherry, with a hint of molasses
A very intense aftertaste, like a more intense caramel
When it cools, the flavors change to dark chocolate / nuts
Perhaps the most interesting tasting coffee I've had recently
Recipe
Aeropress (I use it for almost everything)
Coarse espresso grind, 10g of coffee, Use 2 filters (do not wash) for preparation using the standard method. Prepare the water to 95°C, pour 60g of water and swirl a few times as in Chemex/V60 for bloom, turn on the timer and leave for half a minute. At 0:30 add another 130g of water for 10 seconds. Place the plunger lightly, remove it from the scale, swirl it a few times again (try not to touch the plunger, even with a gentle touch, a lot will flow out). At 2:15 (up to 2:30) start pushing slowly so that at 2:45 (up to 3:00) a cup of coffee is born.
Finally, I recommend mixing with a spoon so that all the phases that have flowed into the mug during the preparation are combined :) Enjoy!

She pleasantly surprised me. Excellent espresso coffee, very fruity with notes of chocolate, it also retained the pleasant acidity that I love - so a good choice for me personally:-)

Juicy with intense acidity and a typical natural funky line...

A solid choice for aeropress and frenchpress
I didn't get good results from it on the v60

My attempts to set up any of the Casino Mocca coffees on the v60 mostly ended in failure. It was necessary to put a lot of grams of coffee in order for any tons to be lifted at all. Personally, I'm not a big fan. But I'm guessing that someone won't even encounter this smoker's problem.

I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to expand their taste horizons
The smell and taste of dill is really strong, which can be a shock to some, on the other hand, the coffee is beautifully balanced by the sweet taste of mango and the subtle "sparkling"/juiciness of kombuchi
The colder it gets, the juicier it is
It has a very pleasant aftertaste
I have nothing to complain about. Maybe a small package :-D
