Excellent coffee. Slightly sour but not too much, very nice clean taste, simple flavor profile for everyday sipping. It reminds me a bit of some coffees from Ethiopia, but this one is smoother and has a cleaner taste.
I haven't had East Timor coffee before, so this is a nice opportunity to try something new.

Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 18g
Water (g): 320g
Water temperature: 100 degrees
Grinder (setting): medium to medium coarse (6.8 on 1Zpresso K-Plus)
Process: 40 seconds bloom, another 1 minute 40 extraction, total approx. 2 min 20 sec
