I tried different preparation methods and grinder settings, but this coffee disappointed me every time. The grains are shiny and the taste is so non-greasy unsalted.

For the fact that it is Ethiopia, the flavor profile is more towards that of South America - chocolate
Overall, it is very pleasant and the end taste is complemented by the sweetness of Ethiopia
Rather for fun: when I weighed the coffee, I found a piece of stone in it, so I was quite lucky to catch it, the grinder probably wouldn't have liked it as much as I did :-D
