Didnt get much flavour notes out, definitely not strawberry or blueberry, just a lot of acidity. Maybe I should have gone lower with the temperature.

He's pretty conservative for a funky coffee
It's quite unstable on the grinder

there is nothing Funky about this coffee and I look for fruity notes in vain. Classic average to boring coffee that doesn't stand out at all.
