Great coffee, great price, and very well roasted. I’m loving it
Recipe
Method of preparation: filter v60
Coffee (g): 19g
Water (g): 20/30 tds with 1.5 French degrees of hardness (°fH)
Water temperature: 91 C
Grinder (settings): 5.2 on pietro grinder with monomodal burr setting
Process: using abaca plus filter, 45s of blooming 3x and then one big pour closing the extraction into 2:15/20

Then enjoy this wonderful coffee

A very drinkable coffee! Everything is just right—funky enough, but not too much! Awesome, I'm satisfied. A great everyday coffee!
If you're looking for an anaerobic blend in the style of Red/Orange Fruit or Jungle Juice, this isn't it

Grinder (setting): Requires a coarser grind than most Colombian anaerobic coffees
