About The Underdog

The Underdog is a collective of people who live and breath each day to push the boundaries of speciality coffee. They have been roasting since 2011, and you can get a taste of their coffee at their third wave cafe in the Greek Thissio (in Athens). 

They also love sharing their know-how. They are authorised SCA (AST) trainers who offer workshops and Coffee Diploma certificates. 

They believe in a meaningful and honest coffee market. Their methods not only provide you with the best quality cup of coffee, but they also do their utmost to support their local environment and to have a more transparent and sustainable coffee trade.

Nice coffee, full body, pleasantly acidic
It's hard to say if it's the variety or the roasting, but by far the hardest beans I've ever had. Hario's grinder had a lot to do. Maybe I'm the only one, but I have a lot of reservations about hard grains.
It wasn't a bad coffee, but it didn't win me over
