About Cokafe
The idea to start a roastery naturally stemmed from COKAFES demand for coffee at all of its branches, and the desire to be able to directly influence the quality of the raw material (i.e. coffee).
COKAFE started off just before the 2019 Colors of Ostrava, and since then, this roastery has been gaining a lot of momentum. Their coffee is available at all of their branches or at their ever-expanding portfolio of wholesale retailers.
There are currently two members running the roaster: Jonáš - the main roaster and Terka - sales representative. But the COKAFE team also comprises of baristas and operations managers, who all work together in a perpetual feedback loop, in an effort to continuously increase quality.
They source their coffee seasonally in order to always guarantee the freshest harvests and a varied offer. COKAFE is located in the Lower Vítkovice Region directly in the area of the local COKAFE café, where you can stop for a great coffee or bag of freshly roasted coffee to take home with you.
COZRNKA are everywhere! You can taste a Colombia, Honduras and Burundi espresso and filter at all of their branches, and you can also take a bag of beans home. See what it looks like in our roastery.
